Policies

Refunds, returns & exchanges are only permitted & guaranteed if there’s an issue on our end. We do NOT refund lost, stolen or non-delivered packages. Please contact USPS.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Post office drop off days are Wednesdays and Fridays. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Please be sure to enter the correct email at checkout for proper correspondence 

If for any reason there is a delay on our end (such as a high volume of orders) we promise to notify you via email. We are NOT responsible for any USPS shipping delays.

INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

The address we deliver to, is the address you enter at checkout. Please be sure to provide the correct address. If you enter the wrong address, you have up to 12 hours after your order is placed to notify us for an address change. If your package is sent back to us, you have the option to obtain a refund or pay an additional fee of $5 for it to be re-shipped. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

DELIVERY ISSUES/CLAIMS

Once packages have been dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for any problems that may occur during the shipping process.

Should you have any issues such as your package being lost, stolen, shipped to the wrong address etc... please contact USPS as soon as possible. All packages are insured therefore they’ll be held responsible for issuing refunds. If your tracking says “Delivered” and you have not received anything, please reach out to the last post office that the tracking number says.
