Shipping policy

Exclusive Ave operates under a no refund, return or exchange policy unless there was an issue on our end. 

How Long Will It Take For My Package To Arrive ?

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Post office drop off days are Wednesdays and Fridays. Please be patient with me, as I am a full time dental assistant, college student and business owner all in one. 

If for any reason there is a delay on our end (such as a high volume of orders) we promise to notify you via phone or email. We are NOT responsible for any USPS shipping delays.

Please Note: Once packages have been dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for any problems that may occur during the shipping process. Should you have issues such as your package being lost, stolen, damaged, shipped to the wrong address etc.. please contact USPS as soon as possible. All packages are insured which means they will be responsible for issuing refunds.

Backorders 

When an item is on backorder, it is currently sold out but has been restocked early and promised to ship once available. These items are usually in high demand and sell fast. Please allow 7-10 business days for items on backorder to be shipped.
